Our Partners

We are dedicated to doing good work with good people.

Grace & Fire began with a vision — to honor the artistry of Guatemalan women while creating opportunities for dignified work that can sustain families for generations.

From our small weaving collective in the most rural villages of Guatemala — managed by women, for women, and supported through our clinic partnership — to our workshop partner in Antigua, where American owners employ highly skilled leather artisans, every step of our process is built on relationships, respect, and craftsmanship.

We create unique, one-of-a-kind bags of the highest quality, sourcing exclusively from family-owned businesses. From the thread to the leather, every piece is handmade and thoughtfully crafted. Our partners are more than suppliers — they are mothers, fathers, and neighbors. We ensure that everyone we work with has not only a safe and fair work environment, but also a safe home with clean water, nutritious food, and access to healthcare for themselves and their children.

Through partnerships with ethical companies and nonprofits, we stay deeply connected to the traditions and culture of the communities we serve while upholding the safety, well-being, and dignity of our entire team.

For us, building a business means taking a holistic approach — considering who we work with, how we work, and the impact we leave behind. Our intention is simple yet powerful: to provide families with fair wages, meaningful work, and the ability to live healthy, sustainable lives.

Every Grace & Fire bag carries a story of tradition, craftsmanship, and purpose — and when you carry one, you become part of that story too.
