Grace & Fire Return Policy

We hope you love your Grace & Fire piece. Each item is handcrafted with care by women artisans, and every purchase supports dignity, purpose, and sustainable livelihoods.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Must be returned in original packaging (or equivalent protection)
• Sale or discounted items are final sale
• Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@graceandfire.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll cover the shipping for the replacement (U.S. orders only). For international orders, the customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping.
