At Grace & Fire our promise is to the Weavers. These Mommas have been supported through the commitment of Casa Tabito and our mission is to create opportunities that allow these Mommas to Thrive on independently through dignified fair trade weaving work. 

There is a start up cost involved and a reoccurring payment to the weavers. With sponsorships, we are able to increase the number of weavers in our program. 

Each weaver also has an opportunity to increase their production, however that is not a standard we set for them.

We hope to pay more in the future and sponsorships help us to accomplish that. We currently have 4 women in the collective with 4 more on the waiting list. Our goal is to increase the number of weavers as there are likely  many many more in the villages. 

With monthly and annual sponsorship, we are able to include more women into our program.
