Spring Into Summer with Grace & Fire

While we consider Colorado our home after 8 years and love it here, we also feel so grateful to have been able to get our bluebonnet fix in our home state of Texas over Spring Break - it was beautiful! We wait patiently until after Mother's Day to plant our colors here and we always look forward to the warm (sans scorch) summers! Colorado Springs is a dream for hikers and outdoors people!

As for Mothers Day, we have Mother’s Day Home Spa Boxes ready and for sale online and at upcoming popups. If ordering online, pick up will be in the lobby of the 310 Building on April 26th. An attendant will distribute pre-ordered gifts.

I will have boxes in cute little gift bags for grab and go style at my upcoming pop up events. Here’s where I will be:

  • This Sunday! April 6th from 12pm-4pm @ Eclectic Co in Old Colorado City

  • 2518 W Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80904

  • Next Sunday April 14th from 10am-1pm @ Eclectic Co Downtown Colorado Springs

  • 214 1/2 N Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903

  • April 27th @ Cottonwood for FloraFest from 11am-5pm

  • The Colorado Springs School (Parent’s Association will send out an email to the CSS dad community and $10 per box will go to PAs fundraising efforts!)

Given that it is the season to get out, enjoy the weather and host some gatherings, I will be bringing to market, farmers market bags, charcuterie boards,  and throw / picnic blankets (I like to keep these in my car for unexpected cool weather while at the kids’ sporting games.) I will also have a few soy dough bowl candles and will be discounting those for these pop ups.

If you see anything else on the website that you would like me to bring, send me a message through my website or email directly at kristin@graceandfire.com and I’ll put it on my pack list. Here’s the link: www.graceandfire.com

Coming Soon:

As you may know, I source many of my items from brands that are making an impact through fare trade practices, employing vulnerable communities and local US farmers. This summer, I am working through plans to visit a village in Guatemala to bring back beautiful leather bags made by women who are working to feed their babies. I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet these women and witness the resilience of their community. I'll keep you posted.

I am taking on a couple of clients to test a giving concierge program for realtors, vacation rentals, and home builders. If you or someone you know is interested in meeting with me to discuss options, please let me know. I’m finalizing flyers with more details.

Reviews Help:

If you have purchased from Grace & Fire in the past and have something nice to say about my business, I would love it if you would include a review and photos of your items on the Grace & Fire Yelp Page. If you had any issue with your order please send me an email and I would be happy to make it right.
