From the weaving loom to the finishing workshop, La Guardia is a celebration of Guatemalan artistry.

Women artisans in rural Guatemala carefully create each textile by hand, weaving generations of tradition into every design. These unique textiles are then transformed through premium leather craftsmanship in Antigua into an elegant laptop-case–style clutch.

Designed for everyday versatility, La Guardia includes a secure zip closure and a consciously sourced fabric lining.

Its vegetable-tanned leather is produced using natural materials, including bark and leaves, creating authentic markings and subtle variations. These natural details add character and can be softened with a small amount of leather conditioner.

Each weaving is created by hand by Mother weavers in rural villages. The weavings we purchase from the weavers takes about a month to make with an original size of about 6 feet in length.
