Thoughtfully crafted for the woman who appreciates beauty, purpose, and function, La Guardia brings together traditional Guatemalan weaving and timeless leather design.

Each handwoven panel is created by a skilled woman artisan in rural Guatemala before being paired with premium leatherwork in Antigua. The result is a sophisticated laptop-case–style clutch with a secure zip closure and an environmentally conscious fabric lining.

Our vegetable-tanned leather is created using natural materials, including bark and leaves, giving each piece distinctive markings and rich character. These authentic variations may be softened with a small amount of leather conditioner.

Each weaving is created by hand by Mother weavers in rural villages. The weavings we purchase from the weavers takes about a month to make with an original size of about 6 feet in length.
