Designed with intention and created with extraordinary skill, La Guardia combines the artistry of traditional Guatemalan weaving with the elegance of premium leather.

Each textile begins at the loom of a woman artisan in rural Guatemala, where time, care, and generations of knowledge shape every thread. Finished by skilled leather artisans in Antigua, the clutch features a sleek laptop-case–style silhouette, secure zipper, and consciously sourced fabric lining.

Our vegetable-tanned leather is made using natural materials including bark and leaves, allowing subtle markings and individual character to shine through. These natural features may be softened with a small amount of leather conditioner.

Each weaving is created by hand by Mother weavers in rural villages. The weavings we purchase from the weavers takes about a month to make with an original size of about 6 feet in length.
